Cooking Instructions:
rinse a pork crackling sholder joint under water and place in slow cooker. Sprinkle chinese 5 spice over joint if required. cook joint slowly for 7 hrs or until fully cooked. remove from slowcooker & remove excess fat. Pull pork apart with forks & cover fully with your favourite BBQ sauce. put in overn at 160 for 10 mins. remove from oven & fill pork into bread rolls.
